Terms And Conditions 
The online customer who acts as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for by art. 52. n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). It should be noted that this right is reserved only to natural persons, that is to those private consumers who act for purposes unrelated to their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and natural persons acting, with reference to the purchase contract, in a professional context.

Pursuant to and within the limits of art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right, within 14 days of receipt of the products purchased, to exercise the right of withdrawal, consisting of the possibility of returning the products received and obtaining a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without the need for specify the reason.

This right applies to all products purchased online on this site, with the exclusion of audiovisual or IT software products delivered sealed and subsequently opened by the customer. The costs of returning the product are charged to the consumer.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send the seller, within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product, a communication in which the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract is clearly expressed. This communication must be sent by e-mail to info@xxxx.it or by post to the following address:

To comply with the aforementioned 14-day deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. As an alternative to the aforementioned communication, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may use the model form attached to these general conditions and in compliance with that provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. This form can be sent by e-mail to info@gazzamac.it or by post to the Seller at the aforementioned address.

Refund Effects
a) Refund to the Customer In case of withdrawal by the customer, the Seller will refund all payments received from the customer including any shipping costs, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has agreed to receive the refund in different ways. In any case, the user will not have to incur any costs as a result of this refund.

b) Return of purchased goods Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the customer must arrange, at his expense, for the return of the purchased products which must arrive appropriately protected or packed in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, including instruction manuals.

The goods to be returned must be sent by the customer, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer himself communicated to the Seller his decision to withdraw from the contract, at the seller's headquarters in:

The aforementioned 14-day period is met if the customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the same 14-day period. In case of withdrawal, pursuant to this article, the customer is required to bear the direct costs for returning the goods. The Customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the purchased goods resulting from their handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods themselves. The products, therefore, must not have been damaged or altered.

Le spese di trasporto e la responsabilità della merce durante la spedizione, come previsto dalla legge, sono a carico del consumatore.
Si consiglia pertanto di assicurare il prodotto presso il corriere prescelto, avendo cura di imballare con attenzione la merce, ove possibile inserendo la confezione originale in una scatola esterna e, comunque, evitando di danneggiare il prodotto con nastri adesivi, etichette, etc. Il prodotto dovrà essere restituito integro e completo di tutte le sue parti ed accessori, comprese eventuali garanzie, istruzioni, licenze d'uso, cavi, etc. In caso di danno da trasporto avvenuto durante la restituzione, il Venditore provvederà a comunicare il danno al consumatore entro cinque giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del prodotto, consentendo al consumatore di sporgere denuncia al corriere utilizzato per il trasporto. La merce danneggiata sarà resa disponibile per la restituzione e la richiesta di recesso verrà contemporaneamente annullata.

• Order Cancellation Request
  The purchase order can be canceled in its entirety if, at the time of the cancellation request, the shipment of the product is still being prepared and, in any case, if the amount has not yet been collected; in this case no cost will be charged to the customer.

• if at the time of the request for cancellation of the purchase order the product is already entrusted to the courier or, in any case, the amount has been collected, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods to the Seller.
